At
American Realty Group,
our main objective is to acquire and or develop
retail shopping centers in the very best
locations in stable and growing trade areas with
an emphasis on the Hispanic Market. Since 2005,
we have acquired 5 shopping centers totaling
appx 120,000 Sq Ft which were at an Occupancy
Rate of appx 65%; they are now at 97%.
ARG has also
developed 4 centers totaling 135,000 Sq Ft.;
they are 100% Occupied.
ARG leases and
manages its entire portfolio and takes a very
“hands on” approach with its tenants and
vendors.
Moving forward,
ARG is focused
on continuing to look for Acquisition
opportunities in the Greater Houston Area.
Although we have mainly focused on Retail
properties up to date, we feel that to take full
advantage of the current state of the commercial
real estate market, we have to be prepared to
look at other markets as well, such as Office
Buildings and or Warehouse Space.
